What is music to you? What does it give you?

It is one of the core parts of my life. Every day I listen to and/or play some type of music. I honestly couldn't go through an entire day without it. It gives me passion and drive.

What is your music dream?

To at least do one tour overseas with a crowd of 300+ all there to here us play. I dont need anything more than that but i wouldn't be opposed to more. haha

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

Teaching everyone true kindness and selflessness.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

Another Brick in the Wall pt. 2 by Pink Floyd.

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

Um... haha. I'll do a top ten to keep it short. #1. mewithoutYou. #2. The National. #3. For Today. #4. The Devil Wears Prada. #5. Scale The Summit. #6. Silent Planet. #7. Phinehas. #8. What inspires you to make music?

Mostly the music I listen to. Discovering new bands and hearing how they create and write inspires me to be more creative and to stay vigilant so that I can be as good as they are and eventually surpass them.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

Confident. Even if it's a bad show or a bad crowd. I feel 10X myself up on stage playing and singing in front if people.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

I think it's tough out there for musicians especially if the music that they have a passion for isn't widely accepted. I just wish people and musicians would respect other genres and musicians more. Then we could have an open minded world full of people that wouldn't be afraid to do what they love

What do you think of Drooble?

I think it's great so far. I really hope I can find someone to meet with in person and hopefully end up making music with.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

The improving process. It's a love/hate relationship but it's always rough coming out of your comfort zone and attempting something that you've never done before.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

I just moved to Utah, so not yet. I sure plan to though. I cant wait to meet the local musicians and make friends like I did back in Texas when I was in a local band.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

The ability to take criticism. If you cant hear what people negatively think about something you,re doing that needs improvement. Then you can never learn and you must learn in order to grow. Growing as a musician will help you understand what needs to be done to reach out to different and larger groups of people.
