Hailing from Pasco, Washington comes the emergence of Yel! Yel is a up and coming Hip-hop recording artist and songwriter who also brings a melodic flow to her artistry. In late 2020 Yel released her well received debut album entitled “The Life I Live” featuring tantalizing songs such as “3 street” and “Insane”. She also displays harmonious vocals on “Golden” and “Summertime”. Not only is Yel stamping her imprint in the world of music, but she has multiple brand endorsements and is a huge influencer in the LGBTQ community and the next generation of Hip-hop. Through the pandemic, Yel has performed on live stream platforms and live music venues that brought in a live audience where she continued to grow a fanbase in 2021. Her performances are described as highly energetic,eye-catching, and addictive. Yel has a few projects in the works and tentatively plans to release them through Summer 2021 and Winter 2021. Yel is on a mission to be a household name in music and will reach masses of music lovers with her passion, grit, and continuous grind.

To become someone who changes the world in a good way through my music

I would start with teaching everyone to truly love themselves beyond the worlds ideas of beauty.

What inspires you to make music?

To be honest everything inspires me to create music. Life itself inspires me.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

Fall in love with who you are inside and out. Stay true to who you are. Cherish Life for the good times and bad times. Never give up no matter what life throws at you.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

It’s one of the only times I feel at home. The stage gives me a chance to express all of me.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

I see a lot of artist conforming to the worlds ideas of who they SHOULD be instead of truly being the person/artist they are. To change that I think the world needs to fall back in love with loving one another for who they are.

What do you think of Drooble?

I think drooble is dope! And gives people a cool way of networking and growing their platform

What frustrates you most as a musician?

Not being able to create.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

Yes! I go support others whether it’s buying there gear, showing up to support a show, working together on projects, or even liking and commenting on social media. Pretty much any way I can

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

Drive, determination and work ethic can really separate an artist from the pack
