Hello! I started making my own tracks when I was 16 (in 2013). It all started because I liked to recreate my favourite songs, but when I tried making my own tunes, I loved it even more! I also loved to share them to know other people's thoughts. That feeling when many people loved my tracks... gorgeous. I knew that a long road was waiting for me. Join me in this never-ending trip! :)
Music is one of the few things that keep me excited about what's to come. It gives me a reason to live and a way to express my deepest feelings without fear.
My dream is to make as many people as possible feel what I feel when I'm composing each of my tracks. Because, what's the point of creating something amazing and then keeping it only to yourself?
I would start by making everybody confident enough to chase their dreams and passions no matter what, instead of letting them waste time wondering if they're good enough for it.
The first song I remember when thinking about my childhood is Played-A-Live, by Safri Duo. I remember listening to it for the first time in the year-end festival of my school, when I was just 6 or 7. It made me feel unstoppable. I never knew the name until I randomly found it thanks to a YouTube video in 2016.
I love electronic music, especially house, so my favourite artists are Avicii (Rest In Peace), Martin Garrix, Nicky Romero, Tiësto, and many, many more, although I love many other genres too, not necessarily electronic ones.
It just feels like something I need to do, it's hard to explain. There's nothing I like doing more than this. It's simply too powerful, being able to express this much with music. My life experiences are the main inspiration when thinking about an idea for a song.
Depends on the track, but in general the message I like the most is that you should follow your dreams and passions no matter how hard it is, or how long it takes to reach your goals. These are the words I live by nowadays, it took me way too much to realise.
I haven't done this yet since I'm only a producer. But I'm learning how to sing, so, maybe some day I can properly fill this box.
I think it's pretty good, but I also believe it's too hard to find great musicians because of how the music industry works currently. That's one of the main things that should be improved, in fact, and platforms like this one seem like a great way to do it!
It's a great place to meet other musicians, discover great tracks and receive feedback about yourself and what you do. It's amazing! :D
Hmm, I'd say it's when I'm working in a track and I run out of ideas or don't know how to continue it although at the start it felt like it was going to be a banger. Thankfully, I usually get some new ideas after some time off that project and I can finish it.
Not really, because I don't know of any other producers around the place I study or my town. But if I did I would love attending to their events and sharing thoughts with them.
I think the main one is making great music, but it's clearly not the only one. There are more skills that a musician needs to develop to get their music heard by a larger audience, especially everything related with marketing skills or social media. What's more, if you're on your own, you should also know how to record music videos, edit them... There's a lot to do!
I could mention some, but I'm sure you've heard about them already! ^.^"
