What is music to you? What does it give you?

To write something that didn't exist until you write it, thats exciting! I'm sure most musicians get the same feeling when they write a new song or a new riff and it's this mind-blowing feeling that gets you so excited. music gives another world to step onto, it can take you away for a while.

What is your music dream?

I'd like to work in a music shop. Sorting through vinyls throughout the day and gigging at night, make music too, of course. Thats the dream for me.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

That's a really hard question. When a system goes on for so long that people really believe it's okay to live the way we do, we have a problem. The fact we have the low, middle and higher class, or that most of us break our backs to make ends meet in a job that you really don't want to do, people getting paid more than others who do the same job just because of age? There's an endless list of things that just don't make sense to me.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

Space Oddity - David Bowie

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

Theres so many.. I've recently got in to Moses Gunn Collective, Gold Celeste, Marlins Dreaming, many more ..

What inspires you to make music?

Life events, how I'm feeling, my band, people watching, going to pretty places.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

There's no message I plan to send, song-writing just puts things in to perspective, helps me see things more clearly for me.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

It's euphoric. Taking in the light's and the smoke and everything that's going on around you. There's nothing else quite like it.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

I don't think I'd like to be to far down the music industry. I'll try putting it in a different way, Think of the music industry as a circle and right in the centre of it all is everything that sells, all the products. Music is just a product to them. On the outskirts of this imaginary circle is where it's at. The raw talent that's seriously under-rated, no slave contracts, just doing music for all the right reasons.

What do you think of Drooble?

Drooble is great, it's nice to be in an open-minded community.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

Having sounds in my head and not being able to figure it out.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

Gigs are cool. Seeing other musicians get into their music, live. It's cool dude.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

I think it's really important to stay open-minded, especially when it comes to other musicians' music. Creativity is so great, we should appreciate all of it.

Share some awesome artists that we’ve never heard of.

Szymon, Gus Dapperton, Moses Gunn Collective, Gold Celeste, Night Movers, Marlins Dreaming, Penelope Isles, Peacock effect etc.
