I'm Taiwo Salako professionally known as TAIWOLI from Nigeria. Been freestyling to a few friends though but officially took up music in 2019, started learning music production in same year too. Been through alot already though but I'm really hoping that I'll soon see the day light .

What is music to you? What does it give you?

Throughout my life music has been on thing that has giving me joy and peace, music means everything to me, my music talent is one of the best gifts God has given me

What is your music dream?

My music dream as an afrobeat artist is to be a role model and a reason why every kid out there will have faith and not quit on his sound. Sell out shows, sell out albums, have fans everywhere in the world, sell out machandise, be an ambassador figure, pick up awards (local and international) like BET, GRAMMY, HEADIES all of em

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

If I could change the world, Iike literally change the world I'll delete the word racism and make sure it doesn't exist anymore because I think it's hurting alot of people, it's causing pain, loss, depression, it's giving birth to crimes.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

Water no get enemy ( water doesn't have an enemy ) by Fela. Fela is a Nigerian artist and he's the brain behind the Afrobeat.

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

Fela, Wizkid, Burnaboy, Drake, Dave.

What inspires you to make music?

The life I grew up in.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

Love, oneness, peace.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

I feel like I'm with a family, I feel like they all should get the already let's vibe together.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

I think musician lifestyle is a struggle, a struggle to get to the top, to stay up there. I think one think that can be improved is platforms for up and coming music artist that don't really have enough money to finance their career and still feed themselves.

What do you think of Drooble?

Yeah it's really cool. I've enjoyed every second I spend here, it helps me feel so close to my dreams.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

The financial aspect like promotion, branding as an artist from a country where things are really not smooth yet.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

Yeah I try as much as possible to support everyone and everybody. For example I've got a little skill in music production and I've used that to support alot of Arts.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

Good music, a unique sound, should look like a star at least part of it for the social media, should be active and fun on social media.
