Something Fresh and New We all met through our local Recording Studio, "Heavy Rain Sound Production". "Let's get together and Jam sometime" was the phrase that started it. We did, and something simply clicked. No ego's, no pressure and no stress. So, Harry with his Guitar and Mike with his Mandolin, got together with Paul on the Bass Guitar. Harry had already written a song or two and between us we brought them to life, and did we have a laugh doing it. Gradually a distinct sound and style of our own began to emerge. Something Fresh and New, we can't quite put a finger on it, but it's us. So time went by and we recorded and released our first single "Never Be". And we're very proud of it. It's had many plays on "BBC Introducing" on BBC Radio Cumbria, Thanks to Tom Salmon. We've made several appearances locally playing our own material and it was very well received. More recently Dave has joined us in the percussion department which has greatly lifted our Live sound and given us more ideas. We recorded our second single "Holes" and BBC Radio Cumbria grabbed it and played it a week before it's release date..... Can't tell you how amazed and excited we are about this latest release. We've written more and can't quite decide which is the next to record and release, but nevertheless, an Album is on the way. Watch this space. :-D
