Born Nosa Roy Igbinigie, SLIMBOY RUGGED is a UK based rising independent talent who is all about bringing joy to the people with his music. His music is inspired by a wide range of multiple genres like Afrobeats, Dancehall & HipHop to impact the creativity in his sound. SlimBoy started his music journey back in Nigeria where he sang and played the keyboard for his church, after that he relocated to study (course) at Henley College Hertfordshire. Fast-forward to 2019 he released two singles titled “flows” & “switch it up” to which he delivered with a music video. Riding on that high, this year he has had the opportunity to perform at a few events, one performance of note is an Exclusive private summer party in London Ascot organised by RunRally. SlimBoy is currently working on releasing more singles, collaborating with other artist and producers while finishing up a personal project to be released 2021.
