I love playing music with and for people, and do solo, band, and duo gigs. I love writing music as well, and also enjoy teaching. Spent most of the 90's teaching quite a few classes at Atlanta Institute of Music. While there I spent a little over a year studying privately with the late great Shawn Lane and had lessons with John Scofield and Wayne Krantz. Previous to that I studied classical guitar with Paul Cox at U. of Illinois and jazz with Herb Ellis. I continue to be inspired by all kinds of music.
