I don't know of any other music service that specifically tries to get musicians to listen to each other's works. It's pretty cool.

Lack of professionalism in the industry at a local level.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?
seems like you gotta be a lot more than a musicians to get heard far and wide these days... idk
