Ronnie started his career in Early 92' playing bass in a extreme 5 piece thrash metal band called Asphyxia joining his brother Mikill (Mike Chatman) and Drummer Harry Bleyer,covering all the great mid/late 80 metal covers! slayer, exodus, overkill, forbidden, testament, metal church, Sanctuary, and other thrashing metal gods! couple years later wanted to branch to other instruments after the fall of Asphyxia, joined another band playing 6 string/vocals in a thrash rock group called Chaos, & Fortunate to perform with another talented lead guitarist named Jeff Goss with Catchy originals that started to Smoulder out of the basement & few shows, etc., Jeff eventually quit going solo himself & leaving Ronnie, Rich & Tim.. which formed into Snap Dragons! Ronnie knew by the then the hidden doors and talents to his Fate & Fame! The Snap Dragons eventually released the self titled CD featuring Just A Memory (In Loving Memory Of Kelly Logan) with song titles Mr. Helpless, 911, Hour Glass, My Hell & others, Then things once again came to halt as common problems disintegrated the band! going solo once again, away went the dragons into a cloud of smoke! A few months later along came CREEP with startling keys and heavy thundering drums! CREEP released there debut CD Purgatory which included shivering songs as Slither, Homicide & others but only short lived as history repeated itself, then one day mikill called me up & motivated me back to the old school thrash metal days, we then decidied to unleash Hollow Point as a 4 piece that eventually turned into Deadmask with killer death thashing originals & covers combined!!! after sometime the line-up & style changed spawning into HoleShot then shortly after mikill departed to proceed with his own experimental projects! still keeping the flame alive with a few member additions & finally transforming into the band Killjoy back in 2004/2005 & once again history repeats itself I'm Solo Again!!! Have you performed in front of an audience? Mainly I play/perform private parties, radio stations & few venues in the past, you name it! My favorite performance had to have been at the Crowbar in State College, Pa. when it was open!! Your musical influences Everything I listen to is an influence on me!! first i would like to say thank you to GOD and Yeshua,and to all friends and family! This is making it to me,Its not about the fame or the money its about believing in GOD and Jesus,and believing in what you do,and enjoying it!! Who cares about all that other crap!! lol as long as your having fun doing it who cares in the end.... I got a gold Record and am in the top 40 charts on Reverb Nation,Allot of heart and soul in music in Mifflin County! People just don' take notice to how much talent is really here!!I don't waste much time with cover songs,I go with original,can't have some one else's song on the radio! Been on Merf in the mid ninety's with my song It Hurt on the hot nine at nine when they had it! I have appeared, and performed live on Qwik Rock several times,and will be on again very soon!!
