About Guitar

The guitar is one of the most versatile instruments, it's like to have an ensamble in your hands. there are so many styles and techniques on this instrument, and variation on the instrument itself, each of those designed to fullfill it's own genre. The classic guitar and the "guitarra criolla" both have nylon strings and a "sweet", " warm" timber. their construction is more traditional (being the criolla a regional version, with diferent types of wood, of the clasic guitar and varying a little). The flamenco guitar also have nylon strings have a brighter tone and timber, and the construction is designed to be used as an percusive instrument too. The acoustic guitar have a diferent type of body construction and metal strings. It is the sound of folk music and blues. The electric guitar is the most versatile of them (with its own limitations). you have almost an endless range of sounds effects and equipment. I prefer the classic guitar because of its 'delicadesa' in its sound, you can manipulate the strings to express and imprint many emotions on your interpretation.

We need to transform the concept of a musician, their role and perception on the society and the media. We must destroy the illusion of fame.

Dependen demasiado de la tecnología y la producción musical. I don't like overproduction, go back to the basics.
