Bio

Thank you for visiting my website, here is a short introduction: I learned to play the piano as a kid and I immediately loved it back then. Soon I was creating and playing my own music and melodies in addition to existing classical piano pieces. Since then, I've never stopped doing this. Since 2015 I've been creating and recording music with the goal to get them released and therefor be able to share music with others. My musical taste and my own work are rather various: Reggae & Dub, EDM and Classical music are the genres I'm working in. My latest EP is released July 7th, 2017. Slow Down Sweet DUB is a reggae and DUB influenced EP with 5 various tracks, from sad to uplifting. Last autumn and winter I’ve released 2 singles. Both covers of personal long-time favorites: ‘I Just Dubbed To Say I Love You’ and ‘Chan Chan’. New single “You’ll Be Fine” is released March 9th on all platforms like Spotify, iTunes, Deezer and all others.

What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music is an absolute passion, or better said obsession. I love listening to details in music. Writing music is my best way to handle and express feelings.

What is your music dream?

To be a reggae star. To be a music producer and composer and make some big things. Not only because of earnings but the fact what music does to people.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

I would start with going back to the basics of humanity. Respect and tolerance.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

Karm Chameleon (Culture Club) :) And the Lambada too.

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

More is coming soon! ;) UB40, Bob Marley, The Editors, at times Muse, Kygo, Major Lazer, Massive Attack, Beatles, Avicci, Calvin Harris, The Cure, Tame Impala, Kraftwerk Dutch artists: 3j's, blof, Douwe Bob , Andre Hazes, Racoon, The Opposites

What inspires you to make music?

2 things: seeing or hearing the reaction of people when they are moved by your music. Second is the joy of making new songs.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

Mostly I wanna bring some hope or positivity in my music. But also be real about how is see life. So there are also mineur sounding songs. Like the song Bliss: the ending is quite positive and hopeful, while the beginning sounds more sad and that was the start position for me to create the song.
