What is music to you? What does it give you?

Since my childhood I have been listening to many different styles of music. I started playing guitar at the age of 16 yrs., which is more than 30 yrs. ago. Songwriting and recording my own music, by playing live.instruments in combination with VST-instruments is my biggest hobby.

What is your music dream?

I'd like to get my music heard by many people and hopefully get nice comments. At the moment I have the feeling, that I am achieving success, because I have found co-writers to work with already. Also I have been contacted by a producer, who will probably take one or more of my songs and produce them for one of his artists.So it seems my dream comes more and more true after a very long time of being an active musician.

Chidhood: Smokie Youth: Electric Light Orchestra / E.L.O Later: Guitar heroes like Gary Moore, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Eddie Van Halen ... Today: Songs of various artists and styles

What inspires you to make music?

Songwriting ideas, Sounds I have available in my studio

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

I like to play live in front of an audience and feel comfortable on stage.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

Music is consumed on mobile devices via Spotify, I-Tunes ... Streaming makes the situation worse for musicians, who want to earn money with their music.

What do you think of Drooble?

Only started using Drooble today, so I can't tell anything, yet.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

My bandmates often forget, chords or rhythms again, although we have rehearsed the songs very often.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

Create some good music and record it in best quality they can. => Upload it to possible sites and groups => try to pitch songs to artists/producers => Play own music live
