Renaldo Creative, is an American record producer, DJ, recording engineer, photographer, graphic designer, and entrepreneur. He is the Co-founder of free children magazine and site Maelle Kids. Renaldo began his career as a Rapper and Dancehall recording artist. He found great success with his 2003 single, This is who I am. Which featured fast pace lyrics over a catchy dancehall riddim. In 2008, Renaldo started to learn music production, mixing and mastering and he releases his first beat on Roc Battle and Soundclick. In 2012, Renaldo took a break from music production to focus on helping the unsigned artist and models. He launches a podcast called Dream Angel Radio with the help of Life After Dusk host Ceddy J. In 2016, Renaldo teamed up with Bing Bang to start Plugged In With Bing Bang and IPLUG 365 Radio, a platform for the independent artist. Renaldo has taught several new music producers how to create, arrange, record, edit, and mix music.

What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music is important because a songs can help people bad through situations.

What is your music dream?

would love to travel to Africa and shoot a music video.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

It would be hard to change the world. Everyone has to contribute to change.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

Indeep-Last Night A DJ Saved my life and that song made me want to produce and DJ.

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

RZA, Wu-Tang Clan, Kraftwerk, InDeep, Beenie Man, Beyonce, Monica, Aaliyah, Total, Roots, Dead Prez, and Rick Ross.

What inspires you to make music?

I love music since I was young because we didn't have cable. So if I wasn't outside I would listen to music. I would also practice being a radio host. I now host a podcast/radio show on many platforms.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

I make fun parties and club music, so I want people to have fun. I want people to take a break from the negative stuff.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

I love performing my music in front of a crowd and seeing their reaction.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

I would love to see streaming services pay artists more money. Especially indie artists that does everything on the song. I see more artist are trying to sell CD's, Vinyl and merch now.

What do you think of Drooble?

It's a cool website and I love the clean interface.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

I wish I could work on music all day.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

Yes, I love a lot of local artists. We have many talented unsigned artists here.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

I think an artist shouldn't rush to put out anything. But don't wait a long time to release a new track.
