What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music to me is the food of my soul, music keeps me sane, I have a mild depression and writing song is my healing mechanism. my music is my comfort, my stress reliever. I tried to avoid music many times and just leave a normal life without it. but it keeps following me anywhere I go. this is how I started to keep on writing song and keep it part of my life for my legacy that I can pass on to my kids.

What is your music dream?

I dream to have at least 1 hit song :-) I dream of having my own rock school and support bands and music artist in my home town I dream of my kids and their friends play my song when I rest in peace :-) I dreamed of touring around the world

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

I'll start with limiting the industrialization and put all the energy on the environmental recovery and development. more funds to support planting trees, vegetables organic foods and clean shorelines and rivers. change the education system, not focusing on academics instead teaching kids how to be creative in all aspects and emphasizing the importance of the environment.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

I remember listening to Lionel Richie, then I become a member of a dance group from the song can't touch this by MC Hammer :-) but Francis M's mga kababayan was memorable to me as this is how I learn how to rap hahaha!

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

there are too many to mention but the top was , I would say, its Kurt Cobain and the Nirvana, then Korn and Francis M

What inspires you to make music?

Nirvana inspired me to make music, there is something about Kurts way of writing. I remember my 1st written song I was 2nd year high School.. it was from the song serve the servant, I use the music and just change the lyrics to my own feeling about the melody.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

For now my music is all about lesson in life, frustration and hopes.. I would like to explore, I will see :-)

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

I feel like a different person in a different world, specially when the audience is dancing crazy on your song. that energy that connects everyone in that place is unreal.. I feel like the real me is that one performing on the stage.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

since the grunge era, I hardly hear any song with substance, all I hear is song about money, sex, cars, which I could not find any take away from it. most of the song I hear now is very safe song, no body is writing about peoples struggles and world treats something like that. I think we should work again on the song that will inspire people to help better the system, this is what should matters most. the reality now is its hard to sell music and if this is the conversation, that I don't know, I wish someone out there has the answer :-)

What do you think of Drooble?

In the current situation where it's hard to get an exposure on your music, Drooble is a good platform for any artist or musicians in general. thanks to drooble, artist not only get their music exposure but they can share with the other artist anything about music in general not to mention all other benefits. I wish platform like Drooble is a label and regulate other social media into exposing music to help musicians get the exclusivity of audience :-)

What frustrates you most as a musician?

when crap music is a hit than other song that has full of substance when artist are not compensated well song about money, sex, cars and safe music

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

I do! by inviting them into any music opportunity, and supporting their music as well by going into any local show

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

Things which I could not do. putting on social media contents like Vlogs :-)

Share some awesome artists that we’ve never heard of.

Urbandub Slap Shock Smooth Friction - they have grin jokes lyrics but they don't play safe about their song Franco Francis M - he already pass away
