Quinton Tarr is a self-taught singer-songwriter, guitarist who got his first guitar at the age of 14 years old and a few years later decided to leave school early to pursue music full time. His main influences while growing up were Punk Rock bands such as MxPx and Social Distortion; but later developed a love for Grunge/Post-Grunge bands such as Nirvana, Pearl Jam and Bush, as well Alternative bands such as A Perfect Circle and Tool. He has led a few bands, namely Sons of Us and The Burning Society, but is currently pursuing a solo music career playing acoustic alternative rock with influences like Kurt Cobain and Eddie Vedder. His aim is to someday do music full time; on an international level.
