Paul Napash (PaulStar) was born and raised in Cree Nation of Chisasibi located in Northern Quebec. Napash has engaged in extensive training to get to where he is now. A multi-talented artist, musician, songwriter, producer and even rapper, Napash has built on his childhood love of music, continuing constantly to hone his craft. One of the instruments he learned was the piano, but he went on to master the guitar, bass, keyboards, and drums – not to mention vocal techniques – and even played in a few bands. Eventually, he turned to solo endeavors. He felt that he could accomplish more as an independent artist, and so he began to record his own music with a 16-track recording studio, as well, learning the skills of the music. Napash has recently completed the “Music Industry Arts” program at Algonquin College, during the 2016-2017 academic year, where he felt motivated to learn new things about the industry; everything from recording engineering to the music business. However, his main focus was his music program studies before anything else. He is very excited to receive his college diploma and his graduation ceremony will take place in October 2017. He is currently recording his new EP “Passion” it will be released through Bentley Records (The label is based in New York). His style is influenced by Top 40, #1 Hits of today's music, 80s synths and sophisticated guitar work. For more information, please feel free to visit www.paulnapashmusic.com
