Hey! Chilango is a music group (mostly Spanish-English rock music) consisting mainly of 2 members Pablo Maya (guitarist, composer and singer) and Rodrigo Pliego (drums and choirs) and unofficial members who participate in the live shows. Today the band has their first song recorded in the studio and they are in process of recording the rest so that before the end of 2018 it is have a complete EP Influences: The influences of Hey! Chilango are punk groups like The Ramones, Sex Pistols, Gren Day, The Offspring, Attack 77 or You will not like it, too It incorporates influences from grunge bands like Nirvana and Silverchair and also hardcore like AFI, Silverstein, Mychemical Romance, Finch, Panda, Allison, Finde, Hummersqueal, and touches of Happypunk as Blink 182, Yellowcard, The All American Rejects, Simple Plan, Panda (beginnings) or Masapán, in Pop as Motel, Juanes and / or Maná. The members say that they do not want to opt for or label themselves in a genre specifically because that would limit them both creatively and musically, as well that they are just a music group that takes rock as its main element, but who is not married to it and who may at some point Do something different with other genres that you also like.
