What is music to you? What does it give you?

To me, music is my first love. It gives me so much feeling and joy. I don’t know where I’d be without it. Literally, music is all I got.

What is your music dream?

To take off and show everyone what all I can do with music, including outside of music.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

I’d start with poverty and work my way up. Nobody’s putting their time into helping out the poor. Sure, we talk about it a lot but nobody is really willing to make a change for it. So that’s where I come in at.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

It would have to be ‘You Don’t Know My Name’ by Alicia Keys.

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

My uncle, Rick James of course. I’ve got so many like Michael Jackson to Aaliyah to Da Brat to Kris Kross to Frank Sinatra, and so on. You get it?

What inspires you to make music?

I don’t know, I would have to say my creativity. My creativity and real world issues is what inspired me.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

That you can be anything you would like if you just put your mind to it. Positivity and happiness is the main key.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

I feel like the world is mine, simple.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

I see them all as the same. They have the same styles, same lyrics. The most they could do is be original instead of riding the wave.

What do you think of Drooble?

I think it’s a great, reliable thing to work with.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

When everyone says that they’re a musician and haven’t put anything out for me to hear or the simple fact that people try to copy my style. Be original and do your own, that’s all I ask.
