Burning Trace is a young Rockband from Emden in Germany with the three musicians Nico de Ruiter (20, Guitar, Vocals), Marek Murra (20, Bass) and Lucas Tholen (19, Drums), who got together to show the world their Hard Rock songs with passion. Burning Trace released their first EP Friends for Never in 2018, in January 2019 they released their Single Strange Times. In this time they had a lot of gigs in East Frisia. „Our goal is to reach people with our music, and to see that the audience has fun. This is why we always give 120% on stage. All of that to say, Burning Trace is known for handmade music, nice riffs and a good evening guaranteed.
Music is a lifesaver. For every situation in life there is a song that fits! For example in my daily life is happening a lot and when i have to deal with a feeling, an event or something else, I am writing a song to it. I put all of my heart in my songs, because that’s all you need to write a song.
My music dream is to share my music with the rest of the world. I want to reach people and let them feel how powerful music can be in every situation.
If I could change the world, I would start off by bury weapons, hate, racism and everything what makes the world an ugly place sometimes. let‘s start to like each other, no matter where someone comes from and let’s enjoy music together ;)

I want to tell storys with my songs. I want to make people understand and reach them. A song can have so many different meanings to people and why they like it.
I feel happy that I can play my music with my Band in front of an audience. I love to see the people dance and when they are just in a good mood. Every gig is a new chance to show the people what we can and what we do for them.
The reality of the small musician nowadays is pretty hard... it is not easy to get noticed in the music business as a small musician... you got to work hard and try the best you can to push yourself forward if you want to do so... I think Drooble is a good thing for that, because everyone has the possibility to get the attention he deserves.
I think it’s a totally new and different way to connect with other bands and musicians. I really like it and will use it the best I can! :)
That it is really expensive to be an musician... as a guitarist and vocalist I have something to buy on my list all the time...
Yea I go to small concerts in my town and listen to bands that I am friends with or coming from the same town. And when someone asks me for help I am always there :)
If you have a band with a good batch of songs then go and play live! that’s to biggest way to grow new audience and when you are on stage and you are beating the s**t out of your instrument like you are really rocking the show then people will recognize this and will follow your band! That’s just my opinion and Dave Grohl also said it
