Nick Hern is a young but seasoned professional musician in today’s Blues scene. Learning electric guitar at 14, Nick grew up in Topeka, KS, started the Nick Hern Band, won the local IBC competition and wrote and recorded his first album by the time he was 18 years old. When he was 19 he joined the legendary Bryan Lee and the Blues Power Band as the band’s bassist. He toured North America for 2 years with the group until he moved to Memphis, TN to play bass for Brandon Santini. He remained with Santini for over 2 years as they toured, played regularly on Beale St and recorded a live album. In 2016 Nick decided it was time to get his band back up and running.
