What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music is a sunrise and a sunset. Music is he, she, and it. Music is a cry of desperation as well as a cry of love. Music helps me understand things as much as things help me understand music.

What is your music dream?

This might sound like a phrase, but i want to believe that beauty (therefore, music) will save the world. My dream is to be part of that mission. A small, tiny piece, but enough valuable.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

Give more opportunity to ''regular'' people, as in a way to express themself and be heard. Considering that, engage into more righteous way of providing goods - take away from uncomparable wealthy ones and share it to all the ones in a need. Yes, Robin the Hood.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

Oh, just one?

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

There is not enough space, the list is huge. I would just say i'm enjoying work from artists such as Allan Holdsworth, Steely Dan, Chick Corea, Miles Davis, Weather Report, Gino Vannelli, etc all the way to pop, funk, RnB and rock artists such as Toto, Journey, Santana, Whitesnake, Fleetwood Mac, Eagles, Prince, etc...

What inspires you to make music?

Life. Death.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

There are many messages. Most of them are the ones i send throughout the everyday.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

Cosmic.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

There are numerous ''glitches'' nowadays. In the years before as well, regardless of f.....g ''Covid'' bs. For the most talented, revolutionary artists (in other arts as well), the number of committed and devoted listeners and practitioners is sooo small, it's a narrow circle. Performers' financial problems are now a tradition.

What do you think of Drooble?

It is a really good idea, with good realization! Of course, it would be best if the network would be much broader, and if many famous or less famous but active producers would be involved.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

People's tendencies to convert everything into ''big buck deal'', neglecting the value.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

I try to do my best, though the Serbian music scene is in a trouble a long way before...the most talented and valuable musicians have gone abroad, a few of them remained here, and it's a small community, on the verge of extinction...my support involves sharing their work on social networks, visiting their gigs and spreading the word as much as i can.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

Ability to hire a good digital marketing manager or just high-quality DIY. I wish to think that musicianship, creativity, technical skills are just as important today...though...

Share some awesome artists that we’ve never heard of.

Those are new, emerging artists, some domestic, some international: 8Fonk, Pera Krstajić, Manivi, Le Flex...
