What is music to you? What does it give you?

My life, as it is now. Freedom. A life of dreams come true.

What is your music dream?

Realized it. Now, semi retired. Play 10- 12 times a month.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

Our diversity. If the opposing leaders put their heads together, great things could be accomplished.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

Anything with Joe Osborn playing bass.

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

Beatles, The Band, Van Morrison. James Jamerson, Paul McCartney.

What inspires you to make music?

A need to give back to people starved for it.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

Just be a part of it.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

Relaxed, almost invisible, involved.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

Bleak. The opportunities are not there like they were when I was younger.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

The amateurism so prevalent today.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

No. I'm a stay at home guy.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

Records, a good website. Good shows to build a following.
