I have worked with Michael in several music projects and have found him extremely competent. He handled all of his responsibilities well and I would definitely work with him again. He is always working to improve his product and he is a consumate entertainer. Any project that he is involved is destined for success.” March 21, 2011 1st Ray Raab, Musician, Self Michael Coleman was the guitarist/vocalist/leader of the R&B/soul/funk band "Musicole w/ Michael C" with whom I had the pleasure of working between 2001 and 2006. He is a very professional and detail oriented leader who expects the best from his bandmates. During my tenure with the band, I feel that I was challenged and grew both musically and personally.” March 21, 2011 1st Victor Campanaro, Receiving Clerk, JC Penney Dear Michael, I just have to tell you how much I enjoy sharing musical events with you, man. As I mentioned on the phone the other day, your encyclopedic knowledge of your own parts – and every note and word of everyone else’s parts, too! – are available through your instant recall. And in particular, whenever you need to tell a band mate or side man that he/she needs to play a different note or chord, you do so sweetly, and never in an angry scolding (like some people we know!) This leads to a performance of great peace and harmony and love – and man does it groove! So anyway, I look forward to our next opportunity to play music with one another for adoring audiences – particularly, those school children. Cheers! ~Lee Warner Michael is a sincere musician that takes great pride in his playing, singing and appearance! Always consistent, well rehearsed, cheerful and outgoing! Very personable with the audience and always smiling and eager to make things happen! Easy going and honorable! I would work with Michael anytime, anyplace. And would highly recommend him as a solo artist or with the Musicole band. Donna Lynne, Band leader, & Vocalist. Donna Lynne band & The BigAssBlues All-stars www.donnalynne.com” April 5, 2011
Music to me is the ultimate of spiritual satisfaction. Weather Recording or Performing, one is just as rewarding as the other.
To perform in Madison Square Garden with my dream musical line up. To tour the world, become fortunate to have a number 1 song on the charts, and to have that song cross several musical genres, and walk across the stage to receive the 1st of many major awards as well as a Grammy award.
Music, I feel that music is the one emotion that touches every individual across the world. A great song could make anyone from any nationality of life smile or show an emotion.
Choice of Colors-The Impressions
Kool & The Gang, Earth, Wind & Fire, Curtis Mayfield, Prince, Smokey Robinson.
The emotional feeling it gives me. To see the success of an idea come together and work beyond your expectations.
All nationalities need to come together an feel the music.
Can't put an emotion on it. There are No words for that feeling!!
Musicians today have become Lazy!! No one practices anymore. it's all about Tracks, pushing buttons and allowing yourself to feel that you don't have to work at becoming successful anymore. What I would change, is I would make musicians earn the right to have the success they want to achieve. Allow the record companies to hold others accountable for rewards achieved in the music and entertainment industry.
Thus far I think it can be a great service to musicians.
No one wants to rehearse anymore, as I said earlier No one wants to earn the right to achieve the success in this industry anymore.
Yes I do, but it does frustrate me when many of the bands all use tracks instead of performing Live anymore.
Do the work, put in the work it takes to get your music heard to a wider audience. Hire the right people to assist you in taking your music to that next level. seek out that Entertainment Attorney, Manager, and or Producer to assist you on achieving your goals.
Musicole, Michael Coleman. But It's hard to say. Many artist today are really great at what they do, but don't have the drive to want to succeed in the music industry.
