What is music to you? What does it give you?

If music disappeared I'd be the saddest person on earth. It is the only thing on earth ( along with my wife and son, but this doesn't count ;-) ) that makes me happy when I'm sad, calm when I'm angry, awake when I'm still sleepy. Music drives me forward, in everything I do. People who know me can tell, I do everything in music.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

Make all humans equal + DELETE MONEY

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

Long Tall Sally - Little Richard. This song made me fall in love with Rock 'n Roll. At this time I didn't understand english so I was very far from getting the lyrics, but the music was making my head blow and his singing is so particular, full of energy, so ... unique.

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

There are so many, it'll be too hard to list here. Want to know, check my deezer : https://www.deezer.com/fr/profile/703437501

What inspires you to make music?

feelings, humanity, the world, universe...

What is the message you want to send with your music?

I'll know when I'll start writing some ;-)

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

don't know, never did (yet :-) )

What do you think of Drooble?

It's a nice platform, great idea. There are other sites trying to do the same, but none is so user-friendly + many of them aren't free.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

Music without a soul. We must'n all love the same style or genre. Diversity is what makes it great, permits fusion of genres, new testings, discoveries. But making music just for the money should not be allowed.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

Of course, I go to little local concerts, contribute to starting bands by buying there album or merch.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

These days, with the commucation being so easy, I think the fisrt thing is to be: real, honest with yourself at first and second being honest with the rest of the world. There are enough hypocrites in other sectors, let the artists remain those who tell the truth, like it or not.

Share some awesome artists that we’ve never heard of.

This is a young band from my region in Belgium, they are starting very well and deserve to be successfull. Jarhead: https://wearejarhead.bandcamp.com/
