How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

I believe that the music industry has become very saturated and it is therefore getting harder and harder to be noticed. To fix the issue I think that local venues should be more open to inviting new talent in there so that new artists can get attention a bit easier.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

A musician should be authentic and really focus on their own sound. This making them stand out more, rather than jumping on trends. Interaction with fans is very important too.
