Playing bass, guitar and drums since I was 15 in 1961, recorded on studios on El Salvador, played the bass guitar on a Central American Golden Record
It is a passion, is in my blood, my grandfather composed the Music for the Nicaraguan National Anthem, my father played practically all instruments at the time and used to sing and play guitar with mu mother
At my age, It will be a dream come true to have one of my songs played by a well known music band or singer
The world is a mess right now, even music has become practically noise in too many cases
I want to hold your hand, feelings, Because
Anything and everything, I compose over real life episodes or situations in my mind that are interesting, normally my music is composed on a one path of the guitar with a couple of little changes.. words are the easiest part, I am considered by many a poet, so it comes to me incredibly easy.
Normally Upbeat, messages of hope and great future, but some are plain crazy to my way of living. One of my songs describes me as totally in love with a street whore and when I find out I just keep silence in order to keep her happy..
I need a drink but not too many, The only time I tried to perform with around 350 people present without a drink I had to stop because I was so insecure of my Bass playing and lyrics, went to have a triple, came and acted normal, and that happens with 15 or the biggest crowd I ever played that were 15000 on an open park
to me there are incredible musicians around but too many are just garbage making a bunch of money on vulgarity, scandals and violence.. they practically don't play music just noise
I have no opinion yet
On every group I have played my concern is only the seriousness needed, I practically hate doing Covers, but are needed when your band is unknown and has no hits yet, but playing our own has to be the way
I moved to Eugene a year ago and for reasons of work have not really been around much
Originallity
On my times there was an European group called the Shadows, there are some local incredible artists in Central America
