Born Luca Bani, Jazztronic received his nickname from the fusion of two main concepts: the writing freedom of jazz fused with electronic sounds and arrangements. In summer 2019 Jazztronic took shape, with a digital DAW, some plugins, loops and vocal samples. Jazztronic started more for a live scope rather than a serious studio pursuit but after some live events with positive feedbacks, Jazztronic sent out some demos. Mr Muner from MDivision Records was the one that replied “ok we can make it”. Jazztronic took the matter head on, composing, producing and improving its musical world. The road was marked, the hunting grounds were dance and lounge music, with lot of influences from pop, funk, lounge, jazz and world music. Jazztronic released his first EP, Move on, on Jan 20. The EP reached #80 on Beatport: not a bad start for a perfect stranger for digital stores…Then followed Moods, more based on lounge and jazzy flavs. Surpassing his own expectations, many tracks from both EPs were requested to appear on about 15 compilations: "wow", he said. Like a new butterflyes catcher, Jazztronic takes creative cues from any corner of its musical silos. He doesn’t hide his admiration for the nu-disco grooves, but he is also determined to refine a new dance language. His music tries to differs from both the cool surface textures of ambient music and the hedonistic world of house music. Waiting the next challenge, Jazztronic is now determined to push its limits.
It's a natural way to express my emotions
To have my music produced or remixed by someone...more famous
Let's add a huge taxation to those that have the 10% of world richness
Several...Brilliant trees from David Sylvian
A lot: Jamiroquai, Japan, Peter Gabriel, Lewis Taylor, and many many others
What happens in life
Only positive vibrations
It's a long time that I don't perform live. Live music is quite to die...anyway, I felt very scared but...proud to exhibit my talent in front of a crew
more humility would be good for many
I'm new to this service, don't have an opinion
presumption even at low levels
absolutely not. My local scene is made only of tribute bands
knowing a lot of people ... and that's not a quality
Of course my project, JAZZTRONIC!
