Len Massey

I am someone who behaves creatively.

After playing for a while I met up with a wonderful drummer and guitar player, real nice people. Our first recording session was in Pete Bown's recording studio. Pete liked our sound, he was the head recording engineer at Abbey Road and had recorded a new wave of rock music including the original Pink Floyd and Syd Barrett, the Beatles and so many more. This was a long time ago, Pete was really encouraging and generous to us, he liked our music. In the early 90's I left London and went to study Interactive Art in South Wales, Roy Ascot was head of the course, check out what other influential musicians he taught. I then spent 21 years at RCA where I ran the Drawing Studio and brought in as many musicians as possible. What does music look like? I have played with and for some astonishing musicians. Last gig I played theremin as part of "Bosch" we were support band for the Nightingales, if you get the chance go see them, GO, they are brilliant, inspiring happening!
