K Soul’s Vocal influences are artists such as Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, and Fantasia with a Amy Whinehouse like urban British twist. Being from both Africa & the Caribbean you will also hear some reggae influence as well as pigeon (broken-English) slang in some lyrics. Emerging into the music scene with an upbeat Jazzy Hip Hop track “Love Pain” K Soul came in strong, reaching over 10K views on her first music video in 2018. Now in 2020 and the years to come K Soul plans to show her versatility and ability fit a unique sound of 3 genres into one.
