Songwriter/instrumentalist Kathy Reese draws her style and inspiration from the musical forms that have moved her. The dancing melodies of the classics, the energy and vitality of rock, the sway and emotion of all these different styles, conspire together in Kathy’s instrumental works to create something new and fresh while simultaneously familiar and comfortable. A Las Vegas resident, Kathy hales from a small Indiana town less than an hour from Chicago. Performing as a singer/songwriter in various settings throughout most of her life, Kathy found a new passion in instrumental music when she took on the task of writing and performing all of the music for the audio drama radio series, 21st Century Audio Theatre. Kathy also engineered and produced all of the episodes, most of which are now available in CD and MP3 formats.
