My name is Joshua and I'm from Lafayette,La.,USA. I'm 34 years old. Ive played music my whole life. I write and record my own music. I've been writing since I was 13 and I've been recording fir the last 7 yrars. I started Guitar and Drums at the age of 8. I picked up Bass at 16. And have been singing/screaming fir the last 7 years. I'm currently trying to find other ppl to jam with and maybe put a band together. Hit me up for any reason. Peace and love.

What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music is life. It is art, beauty. It's givin me escape from the world and a way to express my self.

What is your music dream?

To write and record music for a living for the rest of my life.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

One stage at a time.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

Hard workin man by brooks and dunn will forever be stuck in my head. lol.

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

Pantera, Damage Plan, Corrosion of Conformity, Megadeth, Metallica, Black Sabbath, Feared, The Haunted, Death...…..

What inspires you to make music?

The art of taking raw emotion and creating something beautiful out of it.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

That there is always hope even through the toughest times. That you should never give up and remain vigilant in your faith. Negitive emotions can be twisted into something positive.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

In my own little world, excited yet nervous.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

I believe that people that are outside of music( non-musicians ) often do not see how important music really is. I think somehow humanity needs to be shown the importance of music as an art form not to over looked. How can this be done? I have no clue, but there must be a way.

What do you think of Drooble?

I think it is amazing to see so many musicians supporting each other. We need more of that. Only musicians can truly understand musicians.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

Not finding others to play with.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

We don't really have much of a local music scene in my city.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

Courage.
