I've always had a deep passion for music, and absolutely love creating original music and collaborating with other artists. Coming from a small town in South Georgia, I've been around country music my entire life, but my favorite styles are rock and reggae. In recent years, musical diversity has been a big focus point, and it has greatly opened my mind to ideas I never used to have.
Music is an outlet for thoughts and feelings that otherwise may be trapped inside your mind and heart.
I don't care to be famous, but I'd love to make a decent living solely through music.
I'd start with getting rid of all politicians.

1. My natural love/obsession with music 2. Doubters/haters
Love will always be more powerful than hatred.
I feel like I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be. It's a sense of calm and excitement at the same time.
Musicians get used and taken advantage of in today's industry. Streaming companies and record labels need to stop being greedy and pay artists much more for their work. They make all the money and pay table scraps to most of the artists that bring in those dollars. This has to stop.
So far, I like it, but I'm new to it, so I really need to spend time to get a real feel for it.
Non response from venues when trying to book gigs. ?
Yes. I go to other artists' performances as often as I can when I'm not performing somewhere.
I'm still working on that, but I keep hearing that image is everything. I don't necessarily agree with that philosophy, but it seems to be true in today's music industry. To me, the raw passion and talent of a person should be enough.
