Music is everything, it touches us all and connects us all. I am fortunate to be able to do what I love for a living and share music, especially with kids and veterans.
Just to keep playing :)
I wish the “powers that be” appreciated the power of music more in all aspects of society.
Anything from Weird Al, hah!
Too many to list they are all amazing...
My family
Life’s too short to get bent out of shape, spend your time being as happy as you can be!
I am normally very shy and reserved in all other aspects of life, but I feel at home in front of an audience.
The musician and song writer still doesn’t get a big enough piece of the pie... income inequality between the international superstars and the local guys gigging at the bars 5 nights a week is pretty sad to think about...
I like it so far
Doing the marketing crap
When I can, hard with two small kids but I try to take them to kid friendly shows and do what I can to tip bands and other performers
If you believe in your music 100% and play everything with that kinda passion, I think that resonates and you can “hear it” in the performance.
Sekouba Bambino from New Guinea, got to play with him when I was playing in an Afro pop band and the man was a true performer and entertainer....
