I have played in Punk bands around Manchester (UK). Decided to take a hiatus from playing in bands to travel between 2017 - 2019. Before doing so i recorded my first solo EP (17) and continued to write whilst experiencing the nomadic life. About to embark on life in a new band alongside my own acoustic driven work. How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

It seems to be a competition for exposure in a disproportionate led culture of marketing over talent. I'm a big advocate of community projects that bring people together.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

To view music and its reception on a scale, don't place yourself within a box be open to different sounds and never be afraid of starting on a blank canvas
