Piano-centered, genre-crossing compositions. Jonathan House creates music with a unique sound inspired by a wide range of artists & genres. Growing up with a grand piano, he would often play movie themes and other music by ear. Over time, he would go on to develop his own style of playing and composing on the piano, without reading or writing music. His piano-centered compositions blend with different instruments, percussions and synths to create a distinct style. His love for film scores clearly comes through in his piano-centered compositions. Other inspirations include Thomas Bergersen, Two Steps from Hell, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Enya, Hans Zimmer, James Horner, Queen, Elton John, and symphonic bands like Nightwish.
