johnmurphysongs.com John is a songwriter and guitarist for many years. His earlier stuff was pop and light rock (In the Womb). He got into Space Pop/Rock in the second project (OMNI). John drew from his college days of jangle pop/retropop for his next project (Stuck Inside). He teamed up with a young lady and dabbled into ethereal folk/dream folk/Celtic Shoegaze (as someone called it (Caembria.com). After, he went back to Acoustic, in the next project performing some at local open mics pushing his songs (Acoustica). He released odd singles into a miscellaneous album (A-Singles). He is beginning new project called Murcada. John, like most musicians, is not wealthy and relies on his own production. He admits to very poor production but he keeps putting his songs into distribution as primarily a songwriter/guitarist. When younger, John admits, he had a voice, but he says he's losing it over time.
