Joe Drivdahl

Story

I am the last of the honky tonk breed. I cut my teeth on 9:00-2:00 bar gigs in the 1970s and early 1980s playing hard core country, rock, and blues. I am not really interested in playing the rough and rowdy joints anymore. These days I am into recording, collaborating with other musicians and incorporating their tracks into my my projects. I would be up for playing out a couple times a month at microbreweries or festivals if I find a bass player/singer in my area. I mainly play guitar, but also play at pedal steel guitar, 5-string banjo, and mandolin.
