What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music.. hmm... Music is emotion.. all emotions.. music moves me... it brings feeling directly from sound... I tend to me an "emotional cutter" so I love songs that have a bittersweet feel.. the more sad tones.. and melodies...

What is your music dream?

My music dream is to tour festivals with my band "No Sin in Eden" and maybe have a couple top 100 billboard hits...

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

Governments, countries, boundaries, the things that divide people needs to end....world peace... but if I had to start with something it would be to save the environment...

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

Ha... there are a few... but I was born in the early 70s.. So specifically.. "Afternoon Delight" by the Starlight Vocal Band... "So sad to watch good love go bad" by the Everly Brothers... and "How deep is your love" by the Bee Gee's, Linda Ronstadt and the stone pony's "Different Drum"...but my parents had hundreds of albums... and my dad played guitar so I heard a lot of Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, ABBA, Frampton, and Tom Petty...

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

WOW... ok again a tough one.. I love a lot of bands and artists.. Led Zeppelin, Fleetwood Mac, Journey, Warrant, Ozzy, Taylor Swift, Pearl Jam, Maren Morris, Duran Duran, Hall and Oates, Simon and Garfunkle, Motown... there are just too many... I cant just pick one specific artist or band.. that's impossible for me...

What inspires you to make music?

I really want to create a song that evokes an emotional response with the listener.. I want to for a few short minutes take reality away... either through just the enjoyment of the melody or to bring back memories or experiences, whether those memories are sad or happy..

What is the message you want to send with your music?

Music can take you places...

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

There is nothing more amazing feeling... to see the reactions of people who.. hopefully enjoy the music.. LOL I want people to enjoy what I write and enjoy the music my band performs..

What do you think of Drooble?

I absolutely love Drooble.. I am constantly promoting it on all of our social media pages...

What frustrates you most as a musician?

Spending thousands on recording in a studio and getting nothing to show for it, too many places take advantage of musicians...

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

I love indie music... in and around Detroit there are so many amazing bands that will probably never be signed and never be heard... I constantly share links of my favorite artists on my bands social media pages as well as offer advice and help bands find sites to get there music distributed on.. Also my wife owns a store and any band or musician who has a CD can have their music sold in our store at no cost to them... We also play selected CD's in store as background music during store hours...

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

They need to be social media experts LOL

Share some awesome artists that we’ve never heard of.

The Accidentals... Stuart Benbow... Cayene and Ginger... Sophia Avacodo... Istra Blue... Biasfirey.... Tsunami Bomb.... Blacberries... The Blind Suns... and Benji Lewis..
