Started making music at the age of 12 using Music Maker JAM right after I discovered it, then tried other interfaces such as GarageBand and VirtualDj7 and 8. At the age of 14, I bought my own keyboard and started making experiments, but never really produced a song not using computer software.
If I could change the world, I would change the laws, because I don't agree with something being just legal. Laws are like som formula but they don't care about the content of the situations, and sometimes legal isn't the solution, moral is. So I would make the rules to be less a priori and more a posteriori. Yep, nothing to do with music.
Maybe Party Rock Anthem by LMFAO or something by The Black Eyed Peas, that was always on the radio... But I can't choose.
AFI Arctic Monkeys ABBA Gorillaz Metallica Escape The Fate NightKilla Infected Mushroom
Other music, feelings caused by the changing of seasons...
That you don't have to make good music to make music :P
I have never had the honor to experience such thing.
That reality is trash, nowadays teenagers lead the industry , so you know , I'm not going to say anything new, just, trendy music , mainly Pop, that's disgusting. I wish I had been alive years ago...
I think Drooble is great! It has a really friendly environment and I think almost 100% of music published here gets feedback, unlike music on other platforms, supposedly better. Also, the fact that this network is built by musicians who genuinely love to make music gives this organic atmosphere where we don't have to crave for audition. I'd recommend it!
Well... sometimes, those who think that anyone can make music from their computer devalue computer-made songs. But it takes some time to learn as well... Also, the fact that the masses just don't see how ridiculously similar the famous songs are, and it's like they are laboratory-made songs just for the money... I'd like to see a wider variety of genres on the Radios.
I'd say that nowadays, a musician should be active on social networks and charismatic.
Infected Mushroom. Have you heard of them? Crystal Castles... Anything Future Funk (search on Artzie Music's youtube channel)
