Expression of ideas and thoughts in the most abstract way thinkable.
Achieve the summit in classical improvisation. A subject heavily neglected in Music Education as the accent for improvisation nowadays mainly lies in Blues and Jazz.

J.S. Bach's music is by far my greatest source of inspiration.
No message. The essence of music making is experimental and at first instance one's own voyage of discovery and exploration. The distilled message is in the mind of the Beholder.
The times we performed live for an audience are rare and then for a small public. We prefer the social media audience as we are not that competitive to obtain gigs. So no specific feelings.
In general there are 2 realities: The reality of the Music Industry in which music is mainly automated in the sense that it is composed based on templates that have proven to generate profit for the Industry. Artists have become vehicles to transfer that music to the general public. There is actually scientific evidence that this Industrial Music has become more and more pallid during the course of time. There is no room any more for experiments as this can jeopardise profit. Then there is the reality of Independent Music that can thrive due to social media although room for experimentation also becomes limited due to imposed restrictions. In this field the artists still largely compose their own music but in general have a much smaller audience. Every now and then there is a shift from artists in this area to the Music Industry if a piece of music gets ' viral'. There is hardly a shift the other way around.
In relation to my former answer, Drooble is apparently a platform for Independent Musicians. Hopefully it stays that way.
Development of the proper instumental technique. It consumes a lot of time due to the fact that one has to overcome physical limitations. In other words, the theory is well known, bringing theory in practice is the big effort.
No.
A larger audience means the path of the Music Industry as they have the resources to facilitate larger audiences. For a musician this means having good looks, lots of luck and good contacts in the Industry. The Industry will take of the Musical Qualities ( think hired session musicians, auto tune etc.)
Look on YouTube or Drooble for that matter. Plenty of them around.
