What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music is an escape for me... it takes me places in my mind that no other form of media does. It evokes peace, emotion and a sense of well being for me

What is your music dream?

To continue making music with good friends and good people.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

Ending all oppression and violence.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

Uncle Albert- Wings. It was the first song I was abke to choose for myself on a jukebox.

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

Beatles, Brian Eno, Pink Floyd, Syd Barrett, David Bowie, Alex Degrassi... really, too many to mention them all.

What inspires you to make music?

The need to release my creative energy. Lol!

What is the message you want to send with your music?

I guess if I had a "message" it would be this: music isn't about how many notes you can play as fast as you can play them… most of my favorite music is the simple.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

It's been 25 yrs since I've played live.... but it was always very exciting. The live audience and the bond between band mates, both combined into a very special feeling for me

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

I think it's much harder now to make money or even a name for yourself today than it was even 30 yrs ago. Desktop studios and social media has flooded the scene with people making music. One one level that a great thing, but the more fish in the ocean, the smaller your chance is of being caught

What do you think of Drooble?

So far, so good

What frustrates you most as a musician?

The lack of I time I have to practice and record

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

yes, I see local live bands fairly often

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

Promoting abilities. To find a way to separate yourself from all the other fish in the sea.

Share some awesome artists that we’ve never heard of.
