What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music to me is one of the many languages of God. I find that it gives me emotional security and stability. Music is my great escape and allows me to delve into any song I choose when I need it.

What is your music dream?

My music dream is just to write and record music that people enjoy and appreciate. It's also my hope to release sounds that encourage people and lift their spirits when they need it the most.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

A song that defies any genre and unites humanity in love and purpose.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

To many to name honestly. I'll get back to you.

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

The Eagles, Alice Cooper, Vertical Horizon, Stryper, Journey, Dokken, Kiss, Delirious? and Martin Smith.

What inspires you to make music?

Ever since I can remember I always wanted to place guitar and sing. As a lover of God, writing what I call God-inspired songs tends to be what flows easiest out of me. Its giving Him back the very breath He breathed into me first.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

That you should you release the songs and sound God wove into you first and don't conform to a sound just because it looks like it may be the going thing of the day. Express your individuality and be you!

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

Relaxed and at home.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

I see and hear a real lack of originality. I feel a lot of musicians are forsaking the songs God has given them to create in l'eau of sounds or genres popular today. As a result, everything sounds the same and I believe it should never be.

What do you think of Drooble?

So far, pretty cool!

What frustrates you most as a musician?

People who are unwilling to give new music and/or independent artists a chance. Most people only care about what's on the radio and because of which, I believe tons of great music is left undiscovered and unappreciated.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

Yes. I love going to hear live music, no matter who it is. I also love visiting the small, obscure venues that wouldn't stand a chance without those of us in support of them.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

If your goal larger audiences, then go ahead and follow the herd. Otherwise, be yourself and if you have what people need, then the larger audiences will naturally discover you and come.
