Jekyll Doesn’t Hyde is a three piece heavy distorted bass driven, aggressive, Arkansas sour mash metal, doomish groove band featuring Robert Eaton (vocals), Donnie Hall (bass), Donnie Larkan (drums). All three members have decades worth of experience in other professional music ventures and audio/video productions. Arkansas Sour Mash Metal This genre of metal can only be found in the southern U.S. in the swampy forests of Arkansas near a bottle of whisky. The band currently embraces as heavy dominate bass and drum sound with articulate but guttorial and hellish vocals with traditional false chord/fry death metal vocals with a slight taste southern whisky charm unlike most tone death screamo vocalist. Death of Hyde EP Release Dec 13, 2019 Death of Hyde was recorded at Crystal Recording Studio in Bryant, Arkansas by Ray Brooks. The EP captures the bands heavy raw and live sound. No fancy editing or punch ins, were used. Instead the band stuck to tracking a pure reflection of the bands energy and live performance expectations. The band is currently booking for venues, festivals and live performances for 2020 and and expanding their sphere of influence.
