I remember hearing Riders on the Storm by the doors as a young child. It was the first time I felt moved emotionally by a piece of music. Not a big fan of the Doors but...
Early influences include Zeppelin, and blues based rock. Then I got turned onto the Funk, old RnB, Soul. Earth, Wind & Fire, Tower of Power, JB, Temptations into Prince, Jamiroquai...many influences!

You’re your own brand. Work hard, get your music out there, build your musical resume and fan base. You have to learn how business and the music industry works in the modern world, so get at it!
Great platform to connect with other musicians and exposed to lots of music and styles. Early stages so we will so how it adapts. I was not attracted to try it based on the name and logo. They don’t reflect the brand as I’d expect a global platform for artists should.
Lack of support for artists and poor revenue.
Involved in local music, try to support artists performances and buying music. Always connecting with other musicians via social media to help support.
Besides skill as a musician you’ll need marketing and business especially some tech skills. It’s digital baby.
