Story

Just a regular guy whos working twords living his dream. my wife has been pushing me for years to do this and im so ready, im a very humble guy, i was 12 when i picked uo my first guitar,13 when i picked up the bass,14 when i started drumming and played my first show when i was 15 after that my band and i started getting gigs for casinos and local bars next thing i know i was 15 started producing with my little 4 track, my casio, and an ancient soundbored from the 60’s but i made it work and it paid off, 4 years later i was in a recording studio in Minneapolis and living the dream, as tou all know that can go one of two ways and unfortunatly for me i got in with the wrong crowd and i lost it ALL, back livin with my mom i’d already sold off all my equipment and i had nothing left.. Struggle after struggle my life had gone down a path i never thought id see again. Fastforward 7 years and my wife came in like a goddess out if nowhere, fastforward 4 years and i hope to get my 2nd chance.

What inspires you to make music?

My wife #1 I love creating a heart beat and then watching the masses sway to the beat

What is the message you want to send with your music?

Peace,love,hope,serenity,happiness,and of course soul healing

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

Comfortably nervous There’s nothing like it your completely vulnerable for the world to see and judge.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

It’s definitely hard right now a lot of us can’t get out there because of the pandemic, for those of us who aren’t famous we fight everyday to get on a stage. It’s challenging but not impossible

What frustrates you most as a musician?

Haha trick question right? I’m slightly a perfectionist so if I had to say 1 thing I would say myself lol if that’s acceptable

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

Usually yes my whole family does, unfortunately we live in central Wisconsin so it’s definitely been a while.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

The one thing musicians should have is an open mind. It’s hard out there for us and we’re not the only ones fighting that 1 gig opening, you have to be prepared to fail , and be prepared to be passed up for others but you can’t let it discourage you gotta keep going, also stay outside the box, just because you don’t like a certain genre of music doesn’t mean the ones paying for your show won’t.
