I'm just an average guy living in a little village in Ontario, Canada. Music is one of my passions, and much of what I do centres around it. This includes teaching, writing and publishing a song each week, and leading music in the village church. I love seeing the way music impacts and changes people - there's something about a melody, or the way instruments blend; how a chord played with just the right touch can resonate with the heart. I hope that my music has that impact on you. My main focus has always been on the piano, but I play other instruments, and am a one-man-band when I record. In the past I wrote a lot of pensive, romantic love songs, but have lately been preoccupied with Christian worship music.
Music is a language for communicating spiritual truths. It is a universal language, though there are many dialects; usually we can understand one another's pains, loves, and joys through music.
To make a living from music alone.
I would take out the pain that causes people to suffer and to hurt one another.
Spinning Wheel, Blood, Sweat and Tears
Sting, U2, Chicago in the 80's, Billy Joel, The Beatles
I have a passion to communicate from the heart. Music is well suited for that.
That I love people, and I want them to feel loved, and to turn and love others as well.
Grateful.
The Internet has helped level the playing field, and yet people are so into listening to stuff they already know, that it's hard to get anyone to notice our efforts.
So far, it's interesting- I think I like it!
Everyone's in a hurry, music is a commodity.
Not really, I don't live very near any cities.
That's a question I don't know the answer to. Maybe stubborn determination?
No idea!
