What is music to you? What does it give you?

it is very important. I have been playing guitar, keyboard, bass and drums in some form for over 30 years. mostly bass and guitar. I have recorded music through the years that was lost to time being on cassettes and stuff, while sad, I have always created more and enjoy getting my music online.

What is your music dream?

to make money off my music in some form, recording mostly. If I could form a band that would be cool but my influences are too eclectic and I would like to be the ringleader, so there's that

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

racism, hunger, war

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

probably king's x, they were an important group for my brother, sister and myself

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

too many to name, but talk talk, japan, the hollow men, kirstie maccoll, the la's, secret shine, the house of love, the chameleons

What inspires you to make music?

my love of trying to create something beautiful. and I like the idea of creating something from nothing. very interesting

What is the message you want to send with your music?

just to enjoy themselves and maybe get lost in the sounds I create. I feel I create a real other place where you can go and explore the sounds

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

very excited, haven't done it in a while. never done it with original music. but when the crowd is happy I am happy

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

streaming and internet has changed the way artists make money. the real money now is in live shows. a lot of artists aren't making any money and the ones that make a lot of money are really bad. don't know how to change that though

What do you think of Drooble?

it is a cool site. just heard of it a little while back. I like the sense of community and the ability to save from different platforms

What frustrates you most as a musician?

not getting my music heard by more people

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

not really. stay at home with my girlfriend and dog

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

probably the ability to play live as much as possible, travel, then word of mouth and support

Share some awesome artists that we’ve never heard of.

the hollow men, the house of love, let's active, the records, fashion
