Story

Keith Loe is a 28-year-old Hip-Hop artist originally from San Antonio, Tx, and now residing in Houston Tx. Keith started making music at the age of 12 as a way to escape his anxiety and mental health issues, as being creative was the only thing keeping him balanced and preventing him from succumbing to his depression. Only a year earlier Keith was involved in a horrific car accident that would change his life forever, witnessing his 6-year-old sister pass away on the backseat next to him, an event that will stay with him. His little sister would always say to him that he would become a famous rapper, a goal Keith is working hard to achieve. Keith Loe’s music is as thought-provoking as it is Laid-backed, never sacrificing lyrical content or the message of the song for the vibe. Keith is never afraid to discuss difficult topics such as depression and invites the listener into his psyche. This makes listening to his music a truly personal experience as he flows effortlessly over atmospheric beats with a cadence that’s reminiscent of an old Outkast track. Not content with his aims of bringing attention to the San Antonio music scene and creating his own record label, Keith has plans that reach beyond music. He also spends his time writing comic books and hopes to be able to publish his own series of books as well as write for TV shows. If these aspirations were not already high enough Keith is also hoping his music career will be able to launch into real estate, film production, and acting. With these goals on the backburner for the time being, Keith Loe is dedicated to his music and showing his fans true artistry, which has been absent in the Hip-Hop scene. Never settling for anything less than the best it is not a question of ‘if’ but ‘when’ will he live up to his little sisters dreams.

What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music is a stress reliever and my escape from reality. Music is essentially my drug, the most addicting of all. Fighting my anxieties and depression, being creative is like my weapon. It's the only thing that helps me hold on to this world.

What is your music dream?

My music dream is to have a worldwide fan base and later on use music as stepping stone for future investments. Such as movies, tv shows, comics etc.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

I'm not trying to change the world I believe that concept is cliche. But while us spirits are having a human experience I want my music to give people an escape from their issues and problems. I want my music to be sound track for people battling their demons.
