Harry Edgar

Story

Hi, let me introduce my self. I am Harry Edgar a songwriter and I live on the West Coast of Scotland. I have played in local bands since the seventies. I played lead guitar, then bass guitar and sang backing vocals. We gigged all around Scotland and the north of England. The biggest gig we ever did was at the ice rink in the magnum leisure center in Irvine. I wrote some songs with the band and our songs went down well. I started writing songs on my own and moved over to Canada where I played in some clubs but I eventually had to come back to Scotland. I studied at a recording studio in Kilmarnock where I learned all about song construction and how to phrase lyrics and of coarse how to record my songs. I write songs in many different styles and send them to many different record companies and I can write songs for artists in there own style to suite male or female vocals. I joined the I.S.A. International Songwriters Association in 1980 and I now have a full professional membership. I have my own recording studio where I can master the songs to CD quality. I do all the production my self. I do use other musicians on my songs when they are available. I am always on the lookout for that publishing deal.
